Uh does VVVVVV have any villains besides what the player imagines the spikes or the designers who decided the placement of the spikes?

I think Smasher wants a series that can provide both a Hero and a Villain.

Yeah, VVVVVV doesn't have a real villain, but you could put Veni Vidi Vici as one because seriously fuck that shit.

Or the Sad Elephant, because he makes you sad too.

I can't think of a third one ATM.

2. TMNT (I'm probably gonna regret this since I'm most likely the only person who'll vote for anything TMNT-related)

1. Perry The Platypus/Agent P (Phineas and Ferb)
2. Leonardo (2003) (TMNT)

Villains:
1. Dr. Doofenshmirtz (2nd Dimension)

EDIT: Just to avoid confusion, I'm talking about this version of Doofenshmirtz.

I think I'll nominate regular doof and give a vote to 2nd dimeninsion doof for you. someone else can break the tie if they want.

Also for Ed, Edd, n Eddy. I think better villains (albeit the show doesn't really have anyone evil really) would be the Kankers or Eddy's Brother. Eddy's Brother might be a tad better. Kevin can be the antagonist but to be honest, Eddy often ends up being the antagonist for his Scams more frequently then Kevin does anything. And while Eddy's Brother didn't really show up until the end of the show, he was mentioned many times in the show and is a big reason Eddy does what he does throughout the series.

So yeah I think Eddy's Brother should be put in the villain spot for Ed, Edd, n Eddy.

Well, Foop is just a baby and yet he's already capable of causing some mass destruction. In fact, there was that episode where Poof and Foop attended Spellementary School and if not for that cheesy "saved by the bell" moment, Foop would've outright won.

Regarding Crocker, from my point of view, Crocker's only evil because of his lousy childhood, so lousy that he had fairy god parents of his own, up until Timmy and both the past and present version of Cosmo caused him to lose his fairies.

Vicky's evil, but she's only dictator evil if she has access to a magic item that Timmy accidentally leaves in her posession (like the remote control from Channel Chasers) or if she has blackmail-worthy info on certain politics, like the mayor. Otherwise, she's only a threat to the kids she babysits and her parents.

I got nothing on Anti-Cosmo ATM.

MLP: FiM: I'm gonna nominate Twilight Sparkle. she is the main character after all.
Indigo League: Brock
Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kanobi
Pokemon: Pikachu
Mega Man: Mega Man

Villains:
Indigo League: James, because Meowth can easily fit in Pokemon in general
Superman: Lux Luthor
Ed Edd and Eddy: Eddy
Harry Potter: Lord Voldemort
Pokemon: Meowth, per my thing on Indigo League
Oddparents: Vicky. I kinda find Foop too minor, and I've always liked Vicky.

Anyone else can break the remaining ties or try to get someone else in. I'm keeping track of everything, don't worry.

I'll vote for Chell as the hero and GLaDOS as the villain.

Alright, at the moment the only tie is between normal Doofenshmirtz (sp) and 2nd dimension doof.

By the way, I'll allow another two nominations for users that have use all three of theirs if the series spots haven't been filled by tomorrow afternoon.
