Title. What are your favorite courses in the Mario Kart series? You can say your favorites as a whole or your individual faves from each game. The latter is what I'm going to do.

SMK: Donut Plains 3, Mario Circuit 2, Vanilla Lake 2
MK64: Mario Raceway, Toad's Turnpike, Kalimari Desert
MKSC: Sky Garden, Ribbon Road, Shy Guy Beach
MKDD: Wario Colosseum, Daisy Cruiser, Baby Park
MKDS: Waluigi Pinball, Tick Tock Clock, Luigi's Mansion
MKWii: Coconut Mall, Toad's Factory, Mushroom Gorge
MK7: Music Park, Wario Shipyard, Shy Guy Bazaar

MKDD: Dry Dry Desert, Wario Colosseum, Bowser Castle
MKDS: Desert Hills, Delfino Square, Tick-Tock Clock
MKWii: Grumble Volcano, Dry Dry Ruins, Moonview Highway
MK7: Music Park, Wario Shipyard, Neo Bowser City

...yeah, you can tell I really like desert tracks.

I can't say which ones I like for SMK because I've never played it, and I don't remember a lot of the tracks from MK:SC.

Mario Kart DS: Desert Hills, Shroom Ridge
Mario Kart Wii: Luigi Circuit, Moonview Highway
Mario Kart 7: Maka Wuhu (only on online and after the discovery of the glitch)

Least Favorite Battle Courses:
Chain Chomp Roulette
Thwomp Desert

Underline means most favorite in that game or of all on that topic.
Italics means most hated course of mine in that game or of all on that topic.

(the order of mine is favorite, second favorite, third favorite for each game if no one noticed)

Overall, I think my favorite tracks from all the MK games are the three I said for MKDS. (I really liked the MKDS courses :P)

As for least favorites, hmm... (i'll change the title too)

SMK: I don't really think I have any least favorites for this one.
MK64: Choco Mountain, Sherbet Land, Koopa Troopa Beach
MKSC: I don't remember much of the SC tracks other then my favorites.
MKDD: Dino Dino Jungle, DK Mountain, Sherbet Land
MKDS: DK Pass, Yoshi Falls, Cheep Cheep Beach
MKWii: Grumble Volcano, Daisy Circuit, Moo Moo Meadows
MK7: Rock Rock Mountain, Toad Circuit, Daisy Hills

I might make a ranked list at some point for one or two of the games.

Why do you hate beach/island levels.

Generally, I don't. I really like Koopa Troopa Beach, Koopa Beach 1 and 2, Cheep Cheep Island, and Shy Guy Beach.

Broken Pier is not a beach course, though, it's a haunted course.

I can give you explanation for this mere coincidence:
Peach Beach: Boring. But it's a Mushroom Cup track so there
Daisy Cruiser: I like the stage design but IMO the boring music just makes the racing atmosphere dull.
Yoshi Falls: Too short and awful course design.
Cheep Cheep Lagoon: This thing didn't even feel like a full course. It felt half finished.
Maka Wuhu: Glitch spammers. Enough said
Wuhu Loop: Just for those really long straights.

I did not enjoy those courses.
Thwomp Desert was annoying plus I can't get a good view of my opponents.
Chain Chomp Roulette was just annoying to me.

I'll list my favorite and least favorite battle courses from each game:

MK64: Block Fort (Fave), Skyscraper (least fave)
MKDD: Pipe Plaza (Fave), Cookie Land (least fave)
MKDS: Twilight House (Fave), Palm Shore (least fave)
MKWii: Funky Stadium (Fave), Delfino Plaza (least fave)

Haven't played the MK7 ones yet, and I don't really remember what the ones from SMK and MKSC were like.

The only courses I've ever legitimately disliked in Mario Kart games have been Koopa Cape and Sky Garden. I have no idea why they've
