I'm laying through Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. I wonder if there's an aftergame like in TTYD. Probably not, since there's lots of stuff that would be changed after you beat the game.

If by aftergame you mean being able to wander around to find out how things are after the events of the game, then:
sadly, no. I just beat it a day or two ago, and was hoping that it would have a game reset, like starting over with items and rank the same, or at least having this, but no.
