That link was quoting from the following link: dailymail article.

1.) The kids were reported and recorded, none of them were put in jail.
2.) Misleading article title. Read on to find "nursery schools where children are no older than three." Doesn't mean there were any actual three year olds.
3.) Is Daily Mail Online the best news source you could scrape up? The whole article is probably bogus.

No I originally read about it on the Drudge Report which is more credible I just can't find it.

I'm finished with controversial threads forever because if you say something other people don't agree with someone will call you a troll. I hate trolling Im not one. We are treading on slippery slope water.
