I use Paint.NET. It is easy to use.

Whenever I try recoloring stuff, it never turns out perfect like yours

Maybe because the program I have isn't great at recoloring stuff. 3D stuff, I mean.

It is easy, but the recoloring process is not perfect

Oh recoloring is easy with Paint.NET.
