Only Rosalina I want to know how to unlock other racers espically Daisy so my sister stops pestering me to unlock her.

Have you gotten star rankings before? I've starred all of the 50cc and 100cc, as well as all the Wii 150cc cups.

The Wiki tells you how to unlock everybody.

Daisy can be unlocked by getting first place in the 150cc Special Cup, or by playing 2,850 races.

Win all the races, stay in the lead as much as possible and don't hit items or drive offroad. 'Nuff said.
