Mario Tennis is my favorite Mario sport (with Mario Strikers second) so I'm just happy we're getting another this soon.
If you want to have a baseball, pester Bamco lol, leave Mario Tennis out of your spiel. You might catch them if they're not already busy developing Super Smash Bros.
"After encountering monsters on a remote island, Mario and friends are transformed into babies!"
ONLY in the Mario series!!!
This is the kind of ridiculous plot I want from Mario games, I can't XD, it wears its absurdity into its sleeves. Baby Waluigi didn't need a reason to exist, neither did...
That's more of a obstacle course with a horse on it? I like to have a more open-ended kind of game where you're exploring landscapes made for horse riding. Mario Sports Superstars kind of did this with the farm map and several tracks you can race on, but it was limited to that small map and...
We need a Mario horse game. Continue what Sports Superstars did, but refine the racing aspect and expand on the part where you take care of a horse (ideally it should be your Mario character of choice interacting with the horse; imagine Mario brushing the horse). And expand on the explorable...
Star Space has been touched by the user's hand. I've reverted it. I didn't even restore some intermediate edits because they were correcting the mistakes this user has left behind from poor wording / reading comprehension.
EDIT: I've also undid the edits in Booksquirm
He's probably the RPG character I'd root for the most, and I'd say he has the most realistic chances. I think his advantages is being recognizable (enough to appear in bootleg as a stand-in over the "regular" Mario) and a character that would best advantage of the material he's made of (which...
I played a version of Mario Kart Wii with item rain on, truly random items, and 200cc. It's definitely more of a challenge than the standard fare. I enjoy it. Haven't played CTGP revolution though, quality of tracks from experience can be hit or miss.
I'm losing some track of the undo's I did, but I did find out that Warp Space was done by this user, so I reverted it.
Other articles include Tightrope Treachery, St.GIGA, Game Boy Camera, and Woody (who sells minigames)
Seems minor, but you can do it. However we need to keep the overview sections due to a passed proposal that's supposed to remove these "intro" segments.
Meanwhile I did edits in St. Giga and Game Boy Camera; these were older edits and a bit more difficult to unsoup due to consecutive edits.
I am sorry but have you considered inflation? 1 SNES game was 80 dollars back then. If that game were to be sold today factoring inflation, inflation would force Nintendo to sell these at $172 dollars each. If they didn't sell it for $172 dollars they'd end up laying off people to cut the costs...
If I read it correctly, I think it was a thing since Mario Kart 8's DLC with Cheese Land and Ribbon Road, but revamping retros to look different has been something I'd been wanting for years at that point! When we got by-the-numbers retro tracks, I was like, "why don't they add elevation...
Woody sells minigames, not soup.
Edit: I have also updated the list. It's not getting any smaller. I'm not sure if @Salmancer has made any edits, but I did list Message Block and Bullet Bill, assuming he did.
All those people are probably salty Mario x Peach shippers who really need to chill out. I can't imagine clinging so hard to two fictional characters being together (especially when people identify themselves as one or call other people such, as if that's the first thing I think about when I...
This movie's impact is relatively limited even in the region it's released in (iirc). I doubt there has been any sort of "fandom meltdown" significant enough for anyone involved to care.
Maybe the story should've been done better but I found it serviceable and the twist ending was played mostly...
This kind of ambitious workload you're asking for, for a game that doesn't even have a robust modding community the way Super Mario 64 has, and I'm not even seeing a single model import for, is a really tall order (also Boss Chenille is only in Rayman Revolution, a PS2 remake of the game ). Even...
Thank you for being fast and decisive about this process and we hope we can proceed forward eventually getting rid of all this user's edits and trying to preserve edits that weren't related to this one. I've done several already.
I do want to say, but won't go into much more detail, that this...
Waluigi must be really bummed that Diddy Kong nearly qualified for having a dark age, but his saving grace was his microgame cameo in WarioWare: Get it Together
The established Mario RPG games already are only relatively modest successes, so in terms of selling products I don't think Mario RPGs starring other characters are going to do much better. Not that Nintendo doesn't or shouldn't experiment with the RPG format: they made Puzzle & Dragons: Super...
Might be a hot take but even if Nintendo releases N64, GCN, and Wii games in a legally playable state, I'd still recommend instead just modding the original games using game-altering codes.
They give such a breath of fresh air to these games; even if you disregard the crazier codes out there...
Could be worse. Could have a graphics card die on you while you're playing Monster Hunter Rise, and you end up dropping 500 on a new one and then find out the latest driver makes your Monster Hunter Rise game crash, so you have to look up Steam forums on what old driver to install that is...
There's a lot more important things to manage in your life. You should get a job to plan for your future such as car financing and building credit first. Switch 2 comes after you have a stable income stream.
Edit: And since you're 16 and the console is a whopping $1,000 requiring you to work a...
There isn't split screen free roam it seems. I guess from a technical perspective it isn't doable (even though there are bigger and more graphically intense games years ago that are capable of 2 player splitscreen open world).
Additionally it seems free roam wireless play has none of the...
Maybe some hard numbers can put some perspective how niche the Paper Mario series is.
While Clair Obscur is a smash hit on its own right, being a mature RPG game that incorporates elements from Persona and it even has action commands! (people indeed note the Paper Mario elements in this), it's...
Brighton and Twila were funny one-offs, and my sister and I draw the crap out of comics that have them annoy the rest of Mario and company with their furious feud. We don't talk about them a lot these days but we do bring them up occasionally.
After seeing the Mario movie I think it's much more preferable to be the setup for Mario's childhood over the Yoshi's Island stuff. I want Mario and Luigi to have a fairly normal childhood, not be victim to kidnapping and being separated from parents. I still want to see Mario's family in games...
The licensed game territory is prone to having exploitative products meant to cash in on an IP, especially during the 2000s-2010s, but it's haste to write off all of it as slop.
For instance, there are several fantastic Star Wars games including Star Wars Rogue Squadron II Rogue Leader and Star...
I like how the rear character has visual feedback of the driving. They respond to bumpy roads more exaggerated than seated characters in future games, so idk, it makes driving feel more fun despite the gameplay not actually being changed. It's the same kind of reason people like to switch to...
It's several mods you can probably search in GameBanana (we had our own voice mods because that's funny)

DON'T BE SO HASTY
The game also doesn't even look that good on top of all of that, with screenshots, as usual, snuffed out by excessive bloom (a graphical filter that was infamous in the 2010s) and reliance on fog to cover up flaws of distant objects, that look really similar to the last gen Mario Kart 8... but...
I mean why not give players more degree of control of setting individual players. Why do we have to rely on randomization to set teams? For years I've been wanting a way to set who's on your team and what car they're driving. And I don't think I'm the only one nor am I in some obscure tiny...
Yeah, in spite of the argument that customizarion removal lends to better design, my sister and I don't dig the karts here most of the time. We find plenty of karts too... childish and kitschy, looking too small and overpowered by the relative size of the driver, like the roster is driving...
Vehicle part stats add a fake sense of depth. I didn't understand why my friends were so concerned about statistics when they're subject to inopportune item luck or well executed sandbagging. I won't miss them this game.
That being said I'm not impressed that they're removing that aspect from...
Judging from the NSO icon change and other artwork changes, at this rate, I'm also going to nominate pre 2025 Donkey Kong as one of the Rarest Mario enemies
