Damn, 54 minutes mark gives us some Shpigg lore.
The worst thing is that it seems like they made a legitimate attempt to correct the problems people had with the first game
-Levels are much less padded, copy-pasted and have some attempt to guide the player and set up proper landmarks
-The message you get when picking up items has been rewritten to something informative and legible.
-The scanning overlay things lets you know what items you can pick up and interact with.
-Humanoid enemies flinch when hit.
-The tri-barelled shotguns has a much faster firing rate.
But you know what they say : You can't get out of Kreed!

*watches first 1:00 of the game, and it is already awkwardly set up with a weird panning, camera angling, and continuous alarm with nothing going on*
*then sees a loading screen with two very stilted, badly written paragraphs*
*gets unusually excited to hear people going to talk when the protagonist encounters a telecom*
*hears them talk, with extremely unfitting, bad voice acted voices and THAT main, nostalgic theme from the first Kreed starts playing*
*i am in complete bliss*
