On matters of impeachment, the choice should fall to the people, and the people only. The public should be presented findings, deliberate, and be allowed to have their say on whether Trump should be impeached or not through a public vote.
It's criminal that there is a worthy voice out there asking for him to be impeached, and a bunch of people in the house of representatives are making the final decision themselves. They were elected to represent their constituents, yes, but how can they possibly know what the people want without hearing their voices? That's the problem with politics nowadays, it's basically 90% government choices.
Unfortunately Shygul is right, unless the Democrats can produce somebody who can actually stand to the challenge of Trump, he will win a second term.
