Where I am?
Around the place I live, around spring and very very early summer, we get a lot of robins
also a good number of seagulls time to time in the summer
One thing to keep in mind: "gull" is the more accurate terminology (and it's easier to type and say!). Assuming you live in America, the gulls you have in the summer are very likely to be Ring-Billed gulls, those are your common gulls you can find. Depending on where you live, you could have other gull species too; here in LA, we get California and Western Gulls mixed in with our Ring-Billeds (ring-bills come here in the winter).
Robins are great sights, especially American Robins! I don't usually see them here but they do live in my city; I can find them if I go in a certain park in the early morning.
Fun fact: American Robins aren't related to their European cousins. They're more similar to thrushes (European Robins are old world flycatchers). They're named because they both share a reddish breast.
I've been having a fun time drawing the birds that I wrote down too
Birds make for really good characters designs
A long time ago I made this one robin that I really do want to redesign with more research put into it
Oh please talk to me and my sister more as well as Hooded Pithoui (named after a bird of the same name), we're hobbyists and just casual birders. What bird names did you write down? I also love the taxonomy parts of the museum too!

Edit : Also heck yeah I'm always down to talk more about birds with fellow bird appreciators
By the way, if you take a look around your own area you live, you'd be surprised your area has a variety of species than just House Sparrows, House Finches, Rock Doves, Mourning Doves, and American Crows.
I live in suburban California and we still get (depending on the season) Northern Flickers, Black Phoebes, Say's Phoebes, Dark-eyed Juncos, Northern Mockingbirds, Western Bluebirds, Hooded Orioles, Allen's Hummingbirds, Cedar Waxwings, Barn Swallows, Bushtits, Western Scrubjays, Lesser Goldfinches, and more. I can even hear Mitred Parakeets transiting over me occasionally.
Bushtits
I read that wrong
anywho all I can see is Black-capped Chickadee, House Finch, Song Sparrow, and Seagulls
I saw a Steller's Jay once
EDIT:I saw my comment and thought I typed BS
bushtits look like tiny little jittering exclamation marks, thanks to their circular bodies and long tails, hence why lgm and i call them the "exclamation mark birds"
