Goombuigi's Art Thread

Happy Friday! I revamped my signature some more, and made some art for it. I formerly had text links to my 'Shroom thread, ask thread, and art thread, but I replaced those with banners that link to those threads, to add some flair to my signature:




I gave each of these banners their own background patterns (a Super Mushroom, a ? Block, and a Big Paint Star respectively) and unique fonts (the Luckiest Guy font, the Super Mario Maker font, and the Paper Mario font respectively).

I also added rotating images to my signature using signavatar, with various portrait variants I've made of Goombuigi. I've made a few so far, and I'll probably end up making more in the future. Here are some of the ones I've made thus far:

So, it's been a while (aka a couple of years) since I've posted in this thread, and I haven't really done any Mario-related art during that time. But a couple days ago, in a spur of the moment, I had a go at making a comic. I tried a bit of a new style here (new compared to what I've done in the past, anyway), I tried to go for a "hand-drawn" style.
