    The package arrived at my summer home a couple days ago and USPS didn't charge my grandpa any money to reship it back down here because the local post office acknowledged their fuck-up because the package clearly wasn't meant to be forwarded to my summer home.

    Unfortunately, I have no idea how long it'll take to actually get down here now since I have no tracking number for it.

    I was supposed to get a package from a friend on Thursday, it still hasn't arrived and USPS's tracking stuff says it was forwarded to a different address. I really don't want it to have been sent to my summer home because I don't want my grandpa to open it for two reasons:
    1. I genuinely do not know what I am getting besides some manga, so I don't want him to know what I've gotten before I do
    2. I'm pretty sure my friend asked if it'd be alright if she sent me some cheap makeup and jewellery so that might be in there too and like??? HELLO?? Still closeted here???

    Agh. This is the first time I've ever had this issue with USPS.

    @Raiko Horikawa I mean that's what I plan on doing but he's still travelling right now so I'd have to wait for him to call me first when he either gets to a hotel or gets to our summer home.

    for some reason i sometimes remember an old post i saw on the comcast/xfinity forums years back where someone wasn't getting a channel that was part of their package and another user replied with 'call the local police'

    anyone else with multiple sets of pronouns ever notice how people will tend to refer to you with only one set of them?

    like i don't think anyone has ever used 'they/them' when referring to me even tho my pronouns are both she/her and they/them lol

    yeah in my case, it's easier for me to lock in one set and remember it as my set for that person. so you're in my head as "she/her"

    I mean yeah, so I do I. Literally ordered myself a nearly 2 foot tall Transformers toy yesterday as an early birthday present for me cuz it was on sale and I got it for $130 instead of the over $200 it would've normally cost. I'm not doubting myself for liking toys and stuff, it's just funny.
