Wiki Collaborations / Re: Articles on technical concepts

I still agree with what I said when it was deleted, and I also agree with Baby Luigi and Alex95. These aren't very relevant to Mario, and I'm not sure if "loading zone" is an official name. Most of the article is referring to exploits rather than the actual loading zones. I would still support it on the glossary though, as I feel it would fit with things like "Autoscrolling levels" and "Automatic levels" on there.

The first Mario game I ever played was Mario Kart Wii. I believe one of my friends introduced it to me.

I prefer to use the Switch with the dock. I'm not sure if I have ever used it without the dock, actually.

I don't feel we need any more information than what is already on the Super Mario Bros. film page, as even if one of the writers is involved, it hasn't been considered official and is mostly done by fans.

I personally don't really the categories are necessary, as categories are usually used to help with navigation. While it is interesting to note these ones, I'm not sure if it would really help with navigation at all, which I believe is a similar reason to how categories such as "Category:Levels with Parry" and "Category:New Levels" recently got deleted.

I support deleting the general Smash 4 article and its gallery (as many of the images can fit in the specific galleries), and I also agree with Shokora's suggestion.

Also, I'm sorry if this has been brought up and I missed it, but has it been decided what we're doing with articles like Sticker (Super Smash Bros. Brawl) or List of trophies in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, because for the record I'm happy to keep them, or at least these specific examples.

I personally wouldn't have a problem with keeping those articles.

Also, how would this affect our coverage of companies (such as Sora Ltd.) and people (such as Pat Cashman) that are only relevant to the Wiki because of the Super Smash Bros. games?

  • Fighters: Keep.
  • Stages: Keep.
  • Items: Keep.
  • Enemies (Subspace, Smash Run, etc.): Merge.
  • Bosses: Merge.
  • Assist Trophies: Merge.
  • Pokémon: Merge.
  • Moves: Merge.

I agree with this, along with keeping item articles, though I don't see an issue with having pages on recurring bosses such as Master Hand and Crazy Hand.

Also, I think outright DELETING Pokémon would be best.

I don't feel that we should completely delete Pokémon, as they are very similar to Assist Trophies, and I don't feel it would make sense to completely remove them just because they had nothing to do with Mario, when many items, Assist Trophies, and stages aren't from the Mario franchise either.

In my opinion, items are a major part of the series, like stages, that are commonly used in the series, while Pokémon and Assist Trophies are minor characters that assist the fighters after using specific items, so I feel it makes sense to merge them and keep the items.

I support the idea. I feel like a huge list of "enemies in Smash" would be overly large and unnecessary, but I feel we could keep all the information we need to cover effectively by merging them into a "list of enemies in SSBM adventure mode", "list of enemies in Subspace Emissary", and "list of enemies in Smash Run."

I'm not sure about Subspace Emissary bosses. My immediate thought is they should stay as their own articles while enemies get merged, but I'm open to suggestions!
I agree with this as well.

There is information about it on The Cutting Room Floor, so I added links to it on the articles.

In my opinion, it would make sense to merge smaller things such as moves and Assist Trophy/Pokéball characters, but I do feel that the items are important enough in the games to have their own articles.
