Suggestion: Add a new section to the ban log

Since we've got the rule about banning anyone under 13, we should probably add a new area in the ban log dedicated to those bans so the main one is clear for more short-term bans.

nobody can join under the age of 13, so the only bans that will be seen on the list are the two that are age restricted, Therefore it shouldn't make sense of doing it

Oh, has it been changed so you can't set your age under 13 when you sign up?

I'm pretty sure that would be the case, they wouldn't just ban people right after realizing they set up their account to the age of -13
