How did you get your Pokémon to level 100 in Sun/Moon? As far as I know, there is no fast method for that.

> Purchase a Rare Kitchen 5 from someone (My character should offer it) in the plaza for 1,500 FC
> Use Rare Buffet twice to go 80->89->98 (Once per day, 300 FC); you can skip past Lv80 and go to Lv89 and just use Rare Buffet once
> Use two Rare Candies

The last three are part of my post-game force, though the only one who is properly trained is the second Ninetales, my pride and joy. Almost perfect IVs through breeding, Snow Warning, Timid nature, Moonblast, and I slipped it into a Beast Ball. It took about 52 Vulpix for this to happen, but I'm so pleased with the result.

Omitted held items and moves because those are changing too rapidly to talk about, and some of them are shared while I'm still broke in terms of BP. Evidently, none of these have nicknames, but they are on the agenda, as are a ton of more competitive mons for battling purposes. When I have time to waste, anyway.
