Also, could someone tell me if I'm missing any? Particularly, if SM64 has any others (don't remember shit about that game), Super Mario Sunshine (was there any slides?), Super Mario Galaxy (same as SMS), and Super Mario Galaxy 2 (haven't beat the game).

I vaguely remember some slides throughout SMG, but they only made up bits of a level. There was a very small one in the Honeyhive Galaxy.

Tall Trunk, although Tall Tall Mountain was a close second. I just liked the colors (not dark and dreary) and the challenge it gave me.
