Toads, Magikoopas, and Shyguys arent NPC,s you could play as all of them at some point.

You can consider them all NPCs (except Magikoopas). What I meant when I said NPCs, I meant that they were allies species. Shy Guys are technically an allie as they are playable and are a species (Bandy Andy is technically a Shy Guy). Magikoopas would probably belong to favorite enemy species because none of them are allies of mario. (Unless there is....)

Weird how a Shy Guy hasn't been a partner in any Paper Mario games (so far). Also I didn't know what to put for favorite NPC, so I just stuck Bullet Bill.

3. Any type of Kremling (Meh heh heh. Its over 9000 Kremlings I have as pets.)
4. Taj the Genie (I like him for unknown reasons)
5. When Diddy turns icy (In DKC2 Flying Krock when Kapt K. Rool shoots the ice out. Gets our revenge on the Kongs :D.)
