It's hard to say. I'd say they both have a chance of winning the match. Ugh, if only they had included King K. Rool in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, then we probably wouldn't even be HAVING this conversation. Instead, they decided to kick the Donkey Kong fanbase in the nuts (again). There was really NO excuse whatsoever as to why he wasn't in it, especially after all the blatant references they made to him.

Actually, no. During the final battle of DK: Jungle Climber, K. Rool WAS able to breathe fire. Even if he couldn't, he still has plenty of other techniques that he could use on Bowser, like turning invisible, for instance. He's done that in both Donkey Kong Country 2 and Donkey Kong 64.
