There are millions of flash versions of any of the actually popular Atari games out there anyway.

Plus Atari went bankrupt years ago and the rights to all the games are now owned by various companies, some of which also went bankrupt and so on.

The WiFi the DS uses cannot play GBA games online.

Maybe because GBA games don't have Wifi.

Yeah, and GCN games weren't made for the Wii.
