Iraq's role in World War II was brief and superficial, just use a troll sprite like NG said.

Spain was neutral, Spain had just finished 3 years of civil war just months before the war began, it wasn't ready to fight.

What happened to NG (France)?
 
Spain was allied with Germany, but it didn't join the Axis. It did, however, provide material support to Germany and Italy. Also, replace Spain with France.
