So, I've been trying to 100% NES Remix on stream for the past few days. This game has absolutely BROKEN me, and I've given probably 12+ hours to it already or so. I've unlocked the final stage, where you've gotta collect 44 power-ups (mainly mushrooms) in Super Mario Bros. without failing more than six times. 95% of the stages are easy-ish, aside from stages 22, 42, 43, and 44. Anyone got any tips for those? The last two absolutely suck because of the Hammer Bro placements (of course they both take place in 8-3, why WOULDN'T they), so I was wondering if anybody here had any tips for beating those. For stage 22, I'm just looking for a more consistent way to beat it that doesn't involve a literal leap of faith cross the gap, and I'd also appreciate any tricks to consistently get the jump on stage 42, as that ricocheting Koopa Shell has led to my death many times. Thanks!
