I was looking at this page https://www.mariowiki.com/MarioWiki:Coverage and noticed that the wiki can cover created works that Nintendo did not necessarily create, but are endorsed, approved or backed by Nintendo. This does not include unofficial fan made musical works not approved by Nintendo. My question is, does it include musical works in which artists must obtain mechanical licenses from Nintendo to be officially released on platforms like Spotify or iTunes?
