Once upon a time, Commandantoad was helping E. Gadd test a new Time Machine he invented. He said he was going to let Luigi try it, but however he said Luigi was going to get a job at a car wash. Wondering about Luigi, he time traveled to where the car wash was in the future year of 2023. He saw a lot had changed. WIP
