Futurama is returning!

It's getting a reboot on Hulu. Hope it's as good as Disenchantment. For anyone that doesn't know, which is probably everyone, my Groeningverse ranking is as following: Disenchantment>New Simpsons>Futurama>Old Simpsons.

As much as I love Futurama, I can't feel any excitement for this.

The Comedy Central seasons of the show were already weaker than the original run (although they were still better than any modern Simpson episode) and with a good chance that this revival might not even have John DiMaggio in it?

No thanks, especially with the 'chance this revival might not have DiMaggio in it' aspect. He's an integral part of the cast, you can't have Futurama without him.

Reminds me of Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom randomly lacking the proper VA for Mr. Krabs. I fell out of my seat when he first talked

They are specifically trying to underpay John DiMaggio despite his performance as Bender is a big part of why Bender is so popular, if they have that little respect for voice actors, I don't expect anything good from this

Weird unreasonable flex they're trying to pull.. like, the dude also did Jake of AT, he's got talent.

Overall I feel Netflix makes better exclusives than Hulu.. but my hopes are in the Groening team writers
