I'd have to say my most hated MLP villain characters are Cozy Glow from G4, because's she's evil and uses her child innocence and cute appearance to manipulate others, and also Opaline from G5 MLP, because she's evil and selfish and cruel. I'm glad both characters got what they deserved.
