In this blog post, I will be making changes to eight vehicles: the Flame Runner, Mach Bike, Bullet Bike, Jetsetter, Sugarscoot, Spear, Sprinter, and Offroader. The first three vehicles will be nerfed, while the last five will be buffed.
Part 1: Nerfing the Flame Runner
The Flame Runner is considered to be broken, so I will be nerfing it to make it more fair while still being good. Here are the changes.
  • The speed stat is decreased from 60/80 to 55/80.
  • The weight stat is decreased from 54/80 to 51/80.
  • The mini-turbo stat is decreased from 51/80 to 18/80.
Part 2: Nerfing the Mach Bike
The changes will be similar to the Flame Runner, but they won't include weight.
  • The speed stat is decreased from 55/80 to 50/80.
  • The mini-turbo stat is decreased from 62/80 to 27/80.
Part 3: Nerfing the Bullet Bike
This is the last vehicle to be nerfed. The only thing that will be nerfed for the Bullet Bike is its mini-turbo.
  • The mini-turbo stat is decreased from 67/80 to 37/80.
Part 4: Buffing the Jetsetter
This is the first vehicle to be buffed. All seven of its stats will be buffed.
  • The speed stat is increased from 69/80 to 72/80.
  • The weight stat is increased from 56/80 to 60/80.
  • The acceleration stat is increased from 21/80 to 35/80.
  • The handling stat is increased from 17/80 to 37/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 27/80 to 51/80.
  • The off-road stat is increased from 16/80 to 32/80.
  • The mini-turbo stat is increased from 16/80 to 37/80.
  • The Jetsetter drifts inward, just like the Spear.
Part 5: Buffing the Spear
This Spear will have similar buffs to the Jetsetter.
  • The speed stat is increased from 67/80 to 70/80.
  • The weight stat is increased from 56/80 to 58/80.
  • The acceleration stat is increased from 24/80 to 37/80.
  • The handling stat is increased from 18/80 to 40/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 29/80 to 54/80.
  • The off-road stat is increased from 18/80 to 35/80.
  • The mini-turbo stat is increased from 18/80 to 40/80.
Part 6: Buffing the Sprinter
The Sprinter will also receive buffs similar to the Jetsetter and Spear.
  • The speed stat is increased from 64/80 to 67/80.
  • The weight stat is increased from 48/80 to 54/80.
  • The acceleration stat is increased from 27/80 to 40/80.
  • The handling stat is increased from 24/80 to 43/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 37/80 to 54/80.
  • The off-road stat is increased from 21/80 to 48/80.
  • The mini-turbo stat is increased from 24/80 to 45/80.
  • The Sprinter drifts inward, just like the Sneakster.
Part 7: Buffing the Sneakster
The Sneakster will also receive buffs similar to the Sprinter.
  • The speed stat is increased from 62/80 to 64/80.
  • The weight stat is increased from 40/80 to 45/80.
  • The acceleration stat is increased from 29/80 to 43/80.
  • The handling stat is increased from 27/80 to 46/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 40/80 to 56/80.
  • The off-road stat is increased from 24/80 to 51/80.
  • The mini-turbo stat is increased from 27/80 to 48/80.
Part 8: Buffing the Sugarscoot
The Sugarscoot will receive buffs similar to the Bit Bike.
  • The speed stat is increased from 32/80 to 48/80.
  • The weight stat is increased from 32/80 to 43/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 35/80 to 45/80.
  • The Sugarscoot drifts inward.
Part 9: Buffing the Daytripper
The Daytripper will receive buffs similar to the Sugarscoot.
  • The speed stat is increased from 34/80 to 50/80.
  • The weight stat is increased from 45/80 to 54/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 32/80 to 43/80.
  • The Daytripper drifts inward.
Part 10: Buffing the Offroader
The Offroader really needs to see some buffs, since its off-road is barely above average, and its drift stat is just abysmal.
  • The speed stat is increased from 39/80 to 53/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 18/80 to 30/80.
  • The off-road stat is increased from 43/80 to 54/80.
Part 11: Buffing the Wario Bike
The Wario Bike will receive buffs similar to the Offroader.
  • The speed stat is increased from 37/80 to 50/80.
  • The drift stat is increased from 21/80 to 32/80.
  • The off-road stat is increased from 45/80 to 57/80.
With these changes, I have created three inside drift karts and made some of the less practical vehicles more viable and some of the broken vehicles more fair.

Take out the stand-still mini-turbo, and bingo, you've drastically nerfed the Mach Bike and Flame Runner.

All of your posts could have been made in a single thread.

That would make acceleration actually matter. Also, I've severely buffed the Jetsetter, Spear, Sprinter, Sugarscoot, and Offroader to the point of being viable, if not broken even without the standstill mini-turbo. All seven stats have been increased for the first three vehicles (especially the five junk stats), the three most important stats have been increased for the fourth vehicle, and three stats (speed, drift, and off-road) have been increases for the fifth vehicle so that it can actually drift off-road and live up to its name. For the Jetsetter, Sprinter, and Sugarscoot, I've made them all drift inward, making the first two vehicles inside drift karts, which shouldn't really exist.

EDIT: I've also buffed the Daytripper, Sneakster, and Wario Bike, making the Daytripper drift inward similar to the buffed Jetsetter and Sprinter while the Wario Bike still drifts outward similar to the Offroader. I may also add back input based drifting for karts to Mario Kart DS to allow for snaking and give them a third level of mini-turbo depicted by a purple spark (fourth level for outside drift karts depicted by a green spark), outside drift bikes will have input based drifting and a second level of mini-turbo, inside drift bikes keep time based drifting.
