I have a question...Does anything happens after the final battle, and getting all the star coins? Like is there a second mission or something?

Nothing happens if you get all Star Coins and then beat the final battle. The Star Coins are meant to be spent on the wallpapers, and buying them all results in a All Star Coins spent message.

Having beaten this game 100%, I can confirm that there are no postgame extras in this one outside of the touch screen wallpapers.
