It's a WiiWare game. It has a Wii Download Ticket, or whatever it's called.

I'm glad I chose Doc's Punch Out: the Mario hat seems a bit useless, in my opinion. If you knock the chocolate bar out of Doc's hand, he'll get quite angry, pull off his sweatsuit thing, and get harder.

Hmm, kind of like Soda Popinski... Only inside of back-to-back uppercuts, he just gets harder. Wow, man, if he takes off his sweatshirt, it's ON now!

The battle itself was nothing like Soda Pop, it seems to be more than just a palette swap.
The only similarity was the chocolate bar.
