Alright, well since this was a very uneventful set of turns, with everyone miraculously landing on their own properties, I'm going to stop all turns for now. As soon as everyone has joined the Discord room, I'll auction off the unclaimed properties there. Once they're all bought, I'll let anyone trade whatever they have to each other (money and/or property). When both parties agree, I'll finalize the trade on the board. When trading, remember that Monopolies (owning all properties of a certain color) will double rent on those properties and allow you to improve them with houses and hotels.
 
So for anyone who's been following along, this has still been going on. I am currently auctioning off the last few unsold properties on Discord. I will update this post each time one is sold.

Rent is now doubled for St. Charles Place, States Avenue, and Virginia Avenue. Cirdec can also now improve his properties by adding buildings.
 
And now I have sold all the property, so we can start trading. Trades can be discussed on Discord, and I'll finalize them when a mutual agreement is had.
