(And then ring this bell to get here. Um...I personally didn't quite know how to get past at first and insistently wanted to figure it out on my own. It took a while. I'm sure I'm not the only one.)

(Rapps can be a bit of a toughie certainly.)
(That Aero 3 hurts A LOT. What a shame that there were no other Wind spells, and also that you can't even use them. Aero 3 would have been a nice Enemy Skill, but alas. Choco/Mog=Elemental on a weapon is the best you can do.)
(Fortunately Rapps happens to be vulnerable to Gravity. Chuck T/S Bombs at him since you have no Demi spells.)
(Mindblow is also good here since it can make Rapps unable to cast Aero 3.)
(That Swift Bolt didn't do shit from Cloud. Guess Materia really does boost your Magic Power significantly. Or maybe it's Rapps high Magic Defense compared to his eh physical Defense...)
(Barret's physical, this party's weakest, did more damage.)
(So anyway, be really careful of Rapps's Aero 3 spell because it can be surprisingly deadly and maybe get you Game Over'd...)
(Other tips? Well, Aeris's Seal Evil works on Rapps, Tranquilizers reduce damage to a more survivable amount, and you can always go to the Gold Saucer area if you lack in T/S Bombs.)
