Is it bad to double post there, especially when writing chapters? I don't want to get opinions of my story (PM me if you do have an opinion) until the story is done, because replies distract me.

Double-posting is, however, allowed when adding to project or news threads (but try to edit instead if possible).

Since i frequently post fanfiction there, you can only double post if you have another project/fanfiction to post or something like that.
