This month, the NES will be turning 30! So in honor of the system that started it all, here's a thread.

Just talk about whatever as long as it's related to the NES or any of its games or peripherals.

My personal favorites are Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3. Other ones I enjoy are the Mega Man series, Kid Icarus, and Kirby's Adventure.
 
mother 1, megaman 1-6, smb 3, zelda 2 and kirby's adventure are the best games on the system
 
My favourite NES games are the slick action platformers released late in its lifespan. Things like

-Ninja Gaiden trilogy (duh)
-Shatterhand
-VICE: Project Doom
-Power Blade
-Kickmaster

All awesome.

A really underrated series that was on the NES is according to me the Adventures of Lolo games, and by extension the Eggerland games. Everybody should give them a go.

I think I have a LOLO game. It's just called LOLO.

I have 2 working NES... is it NEI plural???
