This thread is to talk about your trips in the past and your upcoming trips. It is about traveling outside your hometown/city/country.

To start things off.

I went to India back in Late 2007 and that was for two weddings in my family. I am half Indian and half Canadian. My parents are from India, and I was born in Canada. That was the first time I traveled, in recent years I never got a chance to travel far but my Dad since 2011 to 2014 had conflicts that required him to travel to Mecca (Saudi Arabia) and India. I only stayed there for three months. I went from Bombay to Gujarat twice. It was a big one.

However I will get a chance to travel once again after 9 years. And my next trip is going to be a long one. I will go to Saudi Arabia (going to Mecca for pilgrimage, yes I am Muslim), India (for a first time since 2007), Iraq and then India again, and then finally back to Canada. The trip will begin on June 15th.

What places have you been to, or are planning to go to?

I JUST REALIZED I COULD LEGIT MOVE THE STATES AND NO ONE WOULD NOTICE

Yes you can.

I've been to:
*Chicago, Illinois, well most of the time it's not a trip unless I am visiting new areas in Chicago, then that's a trip.
There's more and I kind of did brief things about them, it's long but go ahead and read it.
*Springfield, Illinois, It's kind of dead, not much to do, I don't recommend it too much, maybe if you want to go to the state fair (I didn't have a fun time in 2014 because it was my parent's and I) then go, i don't know...
*St. Louis, Missouri, went for one of my sister's band trips in 2009, went there another time for a trip, and another for a 4th of July festival.
*Branson, Missouri, went for my 8th grade band trip (2013), I enjoyed it, lots of interesting things there, maybe would go back for nostalgia.
*Kansas City, Missouri, went twice for funerals, the drive there sucks because taking I-80 through Illinois and Iowa suck. Wasn't much sight seeing and such though.
*Milwaukee, Wisconsin, mainly a day trip, it was nice to get out but not all that amazing.
*Sheboygen, Wisconsin, went to that indoor waterpark, it was something different but I wasn't that impressed by an indoor waterpark, maybe it just wasn't that great like others.
*____, Michigan, I won't give the name of the town but it where a family friend's cottage is and we have been there a few times, it's nice, lots of bugs, fire pits, tubing, and exploring the forests/prairies.
*St. Joseph, Michigan, part of the town is dead and abandon, the other part is like a beach town, a ton of sand in the town and kind of eerie from the fog.
*Country Line Orchard, Hobart, Indiana, a tradition to go there every year for pumpkins, apples, the corn maze, and of course, Pumpkin glazed donuts, also the amount of people has increased by a lot over the years since we've been going there.
*Washington DC, 8th grade trip, I liked it, but it may have been a little short.
*Orlando, Florida, Disney World, not much else to say...
*Ithaca, New York, part of a band trip earlier this year, Feb 26th-Mar. 3rd, we drove and we had a clinic at Ithaca college so that was something nice, I did kind of like the campus.
*New York City, New York, Band Trip, there's way too much to even say... All I can say is, I played in Carnegie Hall.
*Cancun, Mexico, went a few times, I have pictures.
*Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I enjoyed it, the airport there is soooo clean and smells sooooo nice. I like it.
*Zihuatanejo, Mexico, I don't remember much...

I've also set foot in Iowa, Ohio, (Pennsylvania we traveled through for New York but I never actually set foot in the state), New Jersey (our hotel for the NY Trip was there), North Carolina (dumb plane had to go to NC, then Chicago from Puerto Vallarta). And Arizona.

I would love to go back to New York, I'd like to go to Japan and maybe Switzerland or the Netherlands.

That was long.. sorry.
