found out I was one of the top people of the grade ((y'know, the averages of all your averages are 80%+)), one of my friends is going to a special school for smart people, and one of my friends is extremely gifted
the others are also doing really well, none of us have less than a 70% average ((same system as my case, average of all your averages))

guess what? we don't always use punctuation or capitals
because this isn't a test on writing

Let's try multiplying both values by 2. When we do that, we result in 1.999...8 and 2. Now, you will try to tell me that those are the same.
 
You can't write 1,999...8 because "..." here means infinite sequence, you can't put a 8 behind a inifinite sequence of 9.
