Have you had any corrupted save files?

So many on the old ncaa football games because if you saved the dynasty separate from the rest of the game it would corrupt the save.
And in Spyro the Dragon Ripto's rage after I beat the game.
 
man, that happened a lot. Twice for Donkey Kong 64 (one happened randomly, the second after utilizing some glitches, my bad.) Once for Mario Kart Wii (after connecting to Wi-Fi), Bomber-Man 64: The second attack (randomly), Super Smash Bros. Brawl (after installing Project M)
 
Turns out my memory card wasn't completely corrupted. Just my Melee file.

Now I gotta go unlock everything again.
