I'd have to say either Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest or Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble.

Hmmm, thats pretty easy! Diddy's Kong Quest! Great game. Who beat this game? I did! I have every DKC game. Here is my list from favorite to least favorite:
1. Donkey Kong Country 2
2. Donkey Kong Country
3. Donkey Kong Country Returns
4. Donkey Kong Country 3

Definitely Donkey Kong Country 2. Almost everything in that game was better than the others.
