We need Boo back in for sure. As far as Ukiki goes, I don't think so. He isn't in enough games. I just don't see the hype coming from anyone.

They made Petey work for Mario Kart DD but that was different because your kart determined your hitbox. In MP I'd imagine it would be significantly harder so I don't see it happening soon.

-Slightly off topic but hasn't Nintendo kind of retired Petey anyway? Aside from Paper Mario SS, he's kind of been forgotten in spin-off games.

The penguins from the 3D platformers. I know they're kind of random, but they are well known due to Super Mario 64. I think that a playable Penguin would be a great surprise factor chararcter.

The only time LeftyGreenMario should be playable is if it's in a free DLC pack and only I can use it.
