This has nothing to do with my accent, but there are some words that i either just can't say without completely butchering or pronounce really weird. (Like i pronounce the word "Parallel" like Pararel and im not sure how i say it but my gf makes fun of my every time i say "Remember") so if anything i say is just really weird that'd why.
Also yea, about my grandparents:
As i imagine with most people i've always just called them what my parents called them, so i adapted to saying "Nana" and "Grandpa" for my mom's side of the family because that's just what she always said.
But because my dad is italian he always referred to his dad as "Nonno" My dad's mum has been dead for a long while and thats while i simply refer to her as "Grandmother" but had she been alive i'd probably call her "Nonna" which is italian for grandmother.

I enunciate my 't' sounds more than most other Australians, so some people think I sound British because of it (especially Americans). The more casually I speak, though, the more they become 'd' sounds which is a lot more common. I also do the weird Aussie thing where you never enunciate the 'r' sound unless a vowel comes after it, making a schwa ('ə') sound instead. A schwa sounds kinda like 'uh'.

I was going to write them all out in IPA but cbs.
