Unlocked pages can't be replied mostly in resolved

When I went into resolved, not all the threads are locked, but it's impossible to reply. Is this a system problem?

no, it's a locked forum. it's set up to disallow replies, same as topic storage.

But what I'm wondering is why does it not show it's resolved?

...what do you mean by that?

if you mean "why doesn't the board say it's locked", that's likely because of system limitations. if you mean "why aren't all the topics locked", that's because it would be a waste of time.

I mean why doesn't it show that it's locked
