Google+ is adding unnecessary comments to my YouTube videos.

Haven't heard this much profanity since *the unmentionable*.
 
Doesn't matter how much you complain; you're a vocal minority... :P
 
So I have completely changed my opinion of this because somehow this change allowed me to make a page named 'fantanoice', allowing me to use that name on YouTube. I couldn't do before because I signed up under that name many years ago with an old password and email that I can no longer access.

So yes, loving the change. Cheers Google.
 
I already miss the ASCII art that was spammed everywhere. I got a laugh out of it.

Nah. I'm talking about the wackier things that people posted.

It looks like it's all too late now. It still bugs me to see the conversations of people on Google+ itself in the comments of a video, as it's like I'm getting a peek at something meant to be somewhat more private.
 
Oh yeah, I get this feeling that "should I be reading this?" when I see some of those weird comments.

By the way, Youtube comments aren't known to have moderately intelligent conversations either.

Oh yeah, and I don't like the inclusion of "hashtagging" either. It's pointless considering how YouTube comments function differently from Twitter and Facebook. It also suffers because of the general nature of YouTube comments too. The people at Google really didn't know what they were messing with this time. They tried to make it work more like a social networking website, which just doesn't work. Even though things have already calmed down, I think most things remained as they were in the comments before the change, except that people can fit all they want to post into a single comment now.
