How to upload tracks from mario games.

For a very long time, I knew this interesting trick on uploading a small tidbit of a track from my ds game by plugging the headphone jack into the computer and started to record. but today, I was thinking of a small song from m&ldt and I stumbled on this page: File:MLDT_-_Theme3.ogg . I realized it sounded like a track that wasn't recorded in game, rather, it sounded like a full file. So here's my question, How do you grab a media file from a 3ds game?

EDIT:I'm sorry... I forgot once again to check if the policy link had anything to do with my question,lets hope this gets deleted ASAP... (eesh, I feel like a total noob....)

Pretty sure that came from an official site, so that means it's open for downloading and stuff

And no, the new policy does not apply to ripped music from games. It applies only to soundtracks such as The Year of Luigi Sound Selection or Mario & Zelda Big Band Live
