I don't know if I can help, but if you have a way of uploading videos or pictures of your laptop, it might help us see what we're dealing with.
 
UM, do you have a OneKey restore button on your laptop? One time, I restarted my computer *like normal* then I had issues with my computer starting up and the log in screen took FOREVER after I typed my password in. It would NOT start up, so I restored it and had to download everything all over again; which wasn't a big deal, because I didn't have much on it anyways.

Idk, but I'll take a picture of my laptop to see if you can spot one. Anyways, reworded my Custom Title and changed most of my profile to mix my human half to my internet half.
