It's about the total size, not the size per picture.

We're generally pretty lenient about the whole signature size thing. If it's really excessive and needs attention we'll send you a message about it.
 
Oh, cheers.I tried to change it according to the code thing and now look at it:

In other words, you forgot to close your Image Tags.

Tags usually start with "[]" and end with "[/]".
Example:

The necessary ingredients for an image on the board are as follows:

Code: 
• One "[IMG]"
• One URL
• One "[/IMG]"

A URL needs to look like: http://i.imgur.com/u7ARi.gif

The middle part can change, and the ending part, known as the file extension, can change. JPG/PNG/BMP? work too. I hope this is less confusing. The way Yami explained it works; it must look like:

But with a different middle part, URL.

I disabled sigs from appearing since teh n3wbz keep having ridiculously huge sigs, but the last I recall, Zero777 had an excessively large sig with the big image and the unnecessarily large text beneath it.
 
I currently have a very small signature, compared to these n3wbz you're talking about.
