Megadardery, "NTSC" is not the right definition for ROMs.
It's more "NTSC-U" (pre-Cafe Nintendo Consoles only (unless you're still using Component or Composite)), "USA", "NA", or "America".

No special Characters. Beside I didn't know where you liked to put your Lakitu icons at the start, at the end, or at both. Please explian a bit more

All letters are capital, spaces are allowed.

I already said, this is only inside the original japanese rom, which is the rom which has got all characters, and other versions are just translations
