Bomberman's an ok choice. I'd rather have Snake back, but I'd take Bomberman over Pac-Man.

About Daisy, I know there is not much hope for her, but I believe if a new Mario character is added she has the best chance.
For Sylux, I find he is a character with potential because of his story much more developped compared to the other hunters.
And for Charlie, since we will get Pikmin 3, Nintendo could promote it by adding a character of this game.
