Why? Well this is the series that's getting an upcoming crossover with fire emblem for the wii u!

So, now I can try it out before getting it.

Glad there are no connections to previous games so I won't have to really know anything and I can just jump in.

And the voice acting is going to be awesome.

The game comes out this week.

Does anyone know if you can get JUST the game, because I don't really want to pay the extra ten dollars for the other stuff, but if I could, I'd like to get it on the release date.
 
Too bad not many people are interested in this as the smt series is pretty awesome.

Will be picking it up much later though due to being broke this month. Looking forward to it though(dont spoil anything pretty please).
 
Yeah, I think I'm just going to try to pick up a copy when Pikmin 3 comes out (assuming they don't have it packaged with all the limited edition stuff still then).

And yes, please use spoiler tags.
 
Can't wait to pick this up. I don't know, just trying series I've never played before gets me happy. I'll be getting it on the 4th along with Pikmin 3.
 
My brother wants to pick up a copy. He has played Persona before. I wonder if I should give him some money for it?

I didn't want to wait, and picked it up.

I completely SUCKED the through my first battles, but after dying a couple times they let me switch the difficult and I did perfectly fine after that. I like how you can recruit demons to your team (hopefully they don't just take all your crap and leave) and then use their special skills to defeat demons. If you know the demons weaknesses the battles are rather swift. Right now, I have a Centaur, a Mokoi, and a Fuxi on my team.

The game also came with all the extra stuff like the booklet (which features a complete walkthrough that I'll use if I'm stuck, info on demon fusions, and stuff like that). Really enjoying the game so far.

well normally id say you should experience all the other smt games after this one, but most of them dont offer easy mode or the like though, so it might be quite frustrating for you.

I mean i like nocturne and sj but damn they're pretty difficult compared to many other rpg games i play.

also 2 days until i can get smt4. Pretty damn excited.
