Firefox won't open

It will refuse to work no matter how much I click it.

Did you install updates? Check firefox bar on top screen next to apple icon (if you have a mac)

Did you turn it off and then on again?

The only advice i have is to uninstall it and then re install. That might fix it.

Everytime I click it, it just bounces.

So I assume you're using a Mac, correct?
In that case, delete Firefox from the Applications folder, download Firefox again, and put it into the Applications folder again.

It might help to fully delete Firefox (including its App Data), but that's a more advanced topic, and pretty risky.
