Did you know the composer of the Mother 3 soundtrack also did the soundtrack of Kirby Mass Attack?
 
Donkey Kong was originally NOT meant to be called "Monkey Kong" due to a mistranslation. He was called "Donkey" due to trying to find a name for this stubborn and foolish nature.
 
He was originally going to be Monkey Kong, but Miyamoto decided to make his name reflect his stubbornness.

That's an urban legend. A more credible, though not entirely proven, story is that Miyamoto was looking through an English-Japanese dictionary and saw the words "Donkey" and "Kong".

don't forget steamroller also deals more damage when that happens.

Capcom had plans to release Megaman 9 on a classic NES Cartridge. However, that didn't happen, as you can't play an NES cartridge with modern hardware, and the game's too big for one cartridge. If this sounds stupid to release it on an old system, I heard about a classic Genesis game called Pier Solar that will be rereleased soon. It'll be downloadable on a couple consoles and phones, and also be in disc format for the Dreamcast.

In the 4th generation Pokemon titles, Fire Fang is not affected by Wonder Guard. However, because only Shedinja can naturally have that ability, it'll take super-effective damage from the attack. Therefore, a Pokemon who is not weak to Fire-types has to Trace Wonder Guard, in order for this glitch to be seen.

The glitch was later fixed up for the 5th generation titles.
 
In pokemon, cloning pokemon while trading is possible. After recieving Pokemon from trade, immediately switch off. Your trading partner will keep your pokemon as it was traded, but you too as for your ds, the trade never happened.

I believe it was fixed in the 5th generation. not sure.
 
In the 4th generation Pokemon titles, you can use the GTS to evolve the Pokemon who evolve by trade, without actually trading them. You just need to set the Pokemon up for trade, and then perform a random trade by seeking another player. Once the trade is completed, take back the Pokemon that you've deposited. When you take back your deposited Pokemon, it'll evolve, as long as it's holding the proper item.

For all I know, this trick can't be done in the 5th generation GTS, and even if it could be done, you can't exploit it with Karrablast and Shelmet.
