Okay, then. It is found on the south-eastern part of the map. It is found near a complex of mine-carts that need to be individually powered up for them to function. There is a Godess Cube found in the area that the mine-cart complex is found at. There are also enemies that shoot arrows at you while you are trying to navigate through the area. Anyway, you can't actually get there from that complex, because you have to go through the third temple before you can even get there on your first try.

Something on the lines of Layarunu Mines is what the temple in question is called. If that's not enough, then the general area is called Layarunu Desert, I believe.
