Because I want to upload a pitched version of my voice to sound like one of my characters on my Tumblr, but I had to use Audacity and I can't export my cover to an MP3 file because it can't create a library folder, and when I try to save my post on Tumblr, it won't load, so what should I do? Make it into a video?

Then you can use Free Audio Converter, by DVDVideoSoft (the same company I talked about earlier), to convert the WAV into a MP3.

Yep, I think it does.
And sadly, I just found out my mom has password-locked downloads with the administrator password, and she's not home right now.
